Take a walk on the wild side and view the wildlife of Soos Creek Park as you learn a system of self-help and life assessment inspired by Native American traditions. You will use wildlife sightings as a method of personal introspection. Though light-hearted and fun, this walk contains biological, historical, zoological and anthropological material relevant to Soos Creek Park.
Participate in the Audubon Society's Annual Bird Count with experienced bird counters. The walk will begin at Gary Grant Park at 13660 SE 208th St in Kent.

Enjoy time with your child singing, learning, getting messy and playing in an inclusive preschool class led by an early childhood specialist. Children will develop friendships with a wide variety of peers, some of whom have special needs.
EBI focuses on teaching FUNdamentals of the sport, emphasizing proper warm-up and stretching and teach a new skill each week. After learning a specific skill, kids will test their skills by playing a scrimmage to see how well they've mastered the skill. Each week players will learn a new part of the game to make them a more confident player, all while having fun.
Although kids will be building on previous skills introduced to them in the beginner class, they will build upon these skills in a much greater challenge still with the focus on having fun. Each week, kids will build in skills to allow them the confidence to play at a higher level.
This class is meant for the players that intend to play basketball during a season. This class will focus on ways to improve your players' court awareness in team settings all while having fun.

Enjoy your day off school at Covington's Volleyball Clinic! We will practice skills such as passing, setting, hitting, blocking and serving. All skill levels welcome. We will end the day with a scrimmage and some fun games. Each participant will receive a t-shirt and should bring a snack, lunch, and plenty of water. Knee pads are required.

This is a beginning class for ages 5-6. Dancers will learn to properly execute classical and contemporary dance steps and techniques. They will also train to understand rhythm and musicality. Dance shoes are recommended.
This is a fun class for 7-8 year olds, that includes a variety of dance genres. Dancers will learn beginning ballet, jazz, and pom techniques, as well as learn more advanced skills and tricks. Ballet or jazz shoes are required.
Be part of South Elite's beginning-intermediate level co-ed cheer squad! You'll learn motions, jumps, cheer vocabulary, cheers and band dances. Cheerleaders will have fun while working on body movement, listening skills, coordination, timing, and teamwork. You will end your 12-week session with a mini performance for friends and family. Purchase of a shirt, bow and shorts are required in order to perform. Team is continuous and cheerleaders can participate all year long.
Preschool karate is a non-contact class where students will learn the basic techniques of karate.
This class is an ongoing introduction to self-defense for children. Students will receive step-by-step instruction in the basics of karate. Warm-up exercises will increase fitness and flexibility and practices will teach fundamental karate skills that develop confidence and positive personal growth.
This class is a continuation for students who have completed the beginner class and will expand on karate fundamentals as well as an introduction to team competition.

Learn basic belly dance moves and combinations that involve the whole body to authentic music. Belly dance combines sharp and smooth dance moves to give the whole body a low impact workout. This feminine dance will help develop stamina, muscle control, and better body posture in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Belly dance is great for women of all ages and sizes, no dance experience is necessary.
