Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearing on March 16

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Chapter 35A.63.220 of the Revised Code of Washington the Covington Planning Commission will a hold a public hearing for consideration of a Development Agreement consistent with Covington Municipal Code (CMC 18.114) in association with a Boundary Line Adjustment and a request to rezone property in the Lakepointe Urban Village Subarea from Mineral and R-6 to Regional Commercial Mixed Use (RCMU), Mixed Residential (MR), R-12 and R-6 on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 6:30 p.m., to be held in the Council Chambers at Covington City Hall, 16720 S.E. 271st Street, Covington, WA.

The purpose of this public hearing is for the Planning Commission is to receive comments from the public, both written and oral, regarding the proposed Development Agreement(LU16-0026), Boundary Line Adjustment (LU16-0024), and Zoning Map Amendment(LU16-0025) submitted by Oakpointe. The Lakepointe Urban Village Subarea is located southeast of State Route 18 and its intersection with SE 256th Street, on the north side of Covington and consists of Parcel No. 1922069041, 3022069001, 2022069152, 2922069162, 2022069012 and 3022069090 in Covington, King County, WA.
