CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUGET SOUND REGIONAL FIRE AUTHORITY
DISTRICT CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN & IMPACT FEES
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2018 – 7:00 PM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Covington City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. during the regular City Council meeting at Covington City Hall Council Chambers, 16720 SE 271st Street, Covington, Washington.

The purpose of this public hearing is for the City Council to receive comments from the public, both written and oral, regarding a proposed ordinance adopting the 2018-2023 Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority Capital Improvement Plan Update, Mitigation Level of Service Policy (updated 2017) and the proposed 2019 Fire Impact Fee Schedule pursuant to CMC 19.50 and RCW Chapter 26.70A and Chapter 82.02, which authorizes the collection of impact fees for development activity.

All persons desiring to comment may do so in writing to the City Clerk, 16720 SE 271st Street, Suite 100, Covington, Washington 98042, or sscott@covingtonwa.gov, by Monday, December 10, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. or by appearing at the Public Hearing.
