Regan Bolli is the City Manager of the City of Covington, a thriving community in Southeast King County. Regan supervises the activities of all City departments and with the City Leadership Team runs the City’s day-to-day operations. Regan also offers advice to the City Council and carries out City Council directives.
Prior to Covington, Regan worked for Ephraim City, Utah for four years as City Manager and Hansen Wright Eddy & Haws a Utah-based law firm specializing in local government and business law for three years. Regan’s executive board member service includes: Utah City Managers Association, Utah Local Governments Trust, Center for Politics and Public Service at Southern Utah University, Economic Development Corporation of Utah, Snow College Board of Trustees, and the Denver, Colorado Chapter of the Business Law Society.
Regan has a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Brigham Young University. His professional affiliations include the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the Washington City/County Management Association (WCMA).
Regan and his wife Erin have six children.
